COUNCIL MINUTES <br />OPEN MIKE <br />FEBRUARY 11, 2002' <br />City Engineer Powell introduced Mr. Jim Studenski, TKDA, noting he will be replacing Mr. Powell <br />effective March 1, 2002. He stated that Mr. Studenski has been with TKDA for 11 years and is <br />familiar with some of the projects that have been done in Lino Lakes. <br />Mr. Studenski came forward and stated he has been employed by TKDA since 1988. He stated he has <br />worked on projects within Lino Lakes as well as numerous neighboring cities. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />Police Department Annual Report — Chief Pecchia presented the 2001 Department of Public Safety <br />Annual Report noting the report does have a new format. <br />Chief Pecchia thanked the members of the Police Department, citizens and City Council for their <br />support. <br />Councilmember Carlson referred to page 8 of the report and requested a copy of the Citizen Survey. <br />Chief Pecchia advised a copy of the Citizen Survey could be made available to the Council.
