The Plan will be completed prior to the <br />joint Council/Charter Commission meeting scheduled for April 11. <br />VILLAGE DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL, BEARD GROUP, MICHAEL <br />GROCHALA AND MARY ALICE DIVINE <br />Economic Development Assistant Divine introduced Mr. Bill Beard, Beard Group, and <br />Ray Pearnon, Fairview Hospital. She advised Mr. Beard is present to make a proposal for <br />the Village development. <br />
