The Plan will be completed prior to the joint Council/Charter Commission meeting scheduled for April 11. VILLAGE DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL, BEARD GROUP, MICHAEL GROCHALA AND MARY ALICE DIVINE Economic Development Assistant Divine introduced Mr. Bill Beard, Beard Group, and Ray Pearnon, Fairview Hospital. She advised Mr. Beard is present to make a proposal for the Village development.
