COUNCIL MINUTES MARCH 11, 2002 <br />Councilmember Carlson noted paragraph one of the proposed development agreement indicated the <br />exclusive period shall continue, unless earlier terminated as provided herein, or until such later date as <br />the parties may mutually agree. She requested confirmation that the term of the agreement is intended <br />to be 90 days. Community Development Director Grochala stated this is correct, unless the parties <br />decide to terminate the agreement earlier. City Attorney Hawkins noted the agreement could not be <br />extended beyond 90 days unless mutually agreed to by the parties. <br />Councilmember Carlson noted paragraph two of the agreement stated the site equals 42 (plus/minus) <br />acres of land. She asked if this area included the City Hall.
