COUNCIL MINUTES MARCH 11, 2002 <br />Community Development Director Grochala noted Ordinance No. 16-01 states, under Section 2.D.3 <br />entitled "Special Provisions," the following: <br />Development of Outlot D and Outlot E as depicted in the site plan shall be contingent on the <br />developer acquiring title to the adjacent parcel and follow platting requirements of the Lino <br />Lakes Subdivision Ordinance. Development of said lots as specified herein and in <br />conformance with the site plan (Exhibit C) shall not require amendment to the Planned <br />Development Overlay (PDO). <br />Community Development Director Grochala indicated the applicant, Ryan Companies US, Inc., is in <br />the process of purchasing the Apollo Drive Remnant parcel from the City of Lino Lakes and has a <br />closing date of March 29, 2002. Additionally, they were requesting preliminary plat approval in <br />accordance with Ordinance 16-01. <br />Community Development Director Grochala noted the Marke <br />Block 1, Outlot D and Outlot E of Lino Lakes Market Place an <br />parcel. This will allow for the development of site consisten <br />based on the most current submittal, consisting of the preli <br />Professional Services, Inc., dated February 5, 2002. <br />e 2nd Addition is a re -plat of Lot 2, <br />s the Apollo Drive remnant <br />DO approval. Access control along Lake Drive i to the southern boundary of Lot 2, Block 1. <br />Community Development Director G ited this condition has been satisfied with the most <br />recent submittal of a revised preli <br />Community Development Di eha advised the proposed Preliminary Plat is consistent with <br />the City's Subdivision regulati. an. the Lino Lakes Market Place PDO, and staff recommends <br />adoption of Resolution 02-12, Approving the Preliminary Plat of Market Place 2nd Addition with the <br />condition noted above. <br />Councilmember O'Donnell moved to adopt Resolution No. 02-12, Approving the Preliminary Plat of <br />Market Place 2nd Addition, with one condition. Councilmember Carlson seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 02-12 can be found in the City Clerk's office. <br />Consideration of Resolution 02-17, Accepting Bids and Awarding Contract for the Lake <br />Drive/Apollo Drive Improvement Project, Jim Studenski — City Engineer Studenski advised <br />sealed bids were received and publicly opened at 1:00 p.m. on March 4, 2002. City Council action is <br />required to award a construction contract to the lowest responsible bidder. <br />30 <br />
