COUNCIL MINUTES MARCH 11, 2002 Community Development Director Grochala noted Ordinance No. 16-01 states, under Section 2.D.3 entitled "Special Provisions," the following: Development of Outlot D and Outlot E as depicted in the site plan shall be contingent on the developer acquiring title to the adjacent parcel and follow platting requirements of the Lino Lakes Subdivision Ordinance. Development of said lots as specified herein and in conformance with the site plan (Exhibit C) shall not require amendment to the Planned Development Overlay (PDO). Community Development Director Grochala indicated the applicant, Ryan Companies US, Inc., is in the process of purchasing the Apollo Drive Remnant parcel from the City of Lino Lakes and has a closing date of March 29, 2002. Additionally, they were requesting preliminary plat approval in accordance with Ordinance 16-01. Councilmember O'Donnell moved to adopt Resolution No. 02-12, Approving the Preliminary Plat of Market Place 2nd Addition, with one condition. Councilmember Carlson seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. Resolution No. 02-12 can be found in the City Clerk's office. Consideration of Resolution 02-17, Accepting Bids and Awarding Contract for the Lake Drive/Apollo Drive Improvement Project, Jim Studenski — City Engineer Studenski advised sealed bids were received and publicly opened at 1:00 p.m. on March 4, 2002. City Council action is required to award a construction contract to the lowest responsible bidder. 30
