CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION MARCH 20, 2002 <br />Chief Pecchia stated everyone on the lake is aware of the public meetings. He stated he <br />did advise the residents that they need to bring their concerns forward to the Council. <br />Councilmember Carlson stated there were two members of the Council that were not in <br />favor of a sunset clause. She stated she wanted to put in a condition of approval that the <br />ordinance be reviewed periodically. The petition requests that the Minnesota Environmental <br />Quality Board (EQB) act as the responsible governmental unit for the EAW.
