COUNCIL MINUTES MAY 13, 2002 <br />City Finance Director Rolek advised the Five -Year Financial Plan has been reviewed by the City <br />Council at three work sessions. The Council has determined that additional work is needed on the <br />plan, therefore a copy of the plan was not included in this evening's agenda packet. <br />City Finance Director Rolek recommended the City Council open the public hearing to receive <br />comments and questions on the proposed Five -Year Financial Plan for 2002 through 2006 and <br />continue the public hearing to a future date to allow the Council to further review and refine the Plan. <br />Mayor Bergeson opened the public hearing at 6:42 p.m. <br />Sue ?, 6408 Cassiopeia Court, noted improvements to Holly Drive were not included in the proposed <br />Five -Year Financial Plan and asked that such improvements be added to the Plan. She stated she had <br />been before the City Council last fall when the Shadow Pond development was being discussed and it <br />had been mentioned at that time that Holly Drive had been on tli ist for improvements utilizing State <br />Aid funding. <br />Ms. (Sue) reviewed the minutes of the August 8, 1994 City eting minutes, during which it <br />was noted by the Mayor at that time that if the Council wer' • approve the concept plan for Trapper's <br />Crossing improvements to Holly Drive would have to b art •. e conditions for approval. The <br />minutes indicated that the recommendation was not t• he developer pay for the entire cost of <br />the reconstruction of the roadway because there we • ther '� ding sources, and that there would be a <br />road improvement from County Road J to Birch eet _ a condition for approving the preliminary <br />plat.
