COUNCIL MINUTES MAY 13, 2002 City Finance Director Rolek advised the Five -Year Financial Plan has been reviewed by the City Council at three work sessions. The Council has determined that additional work is needed on the plan, therefore a copy of the plan was not included in this evening's agenda packet. City Finance Director Rolek recommended the City Council open the public hearing to receive comments and questions on the proposed Five -Year Financial Plan for 2002 through 2006 and continue the public hearing to a future date to allow the Council to further review and refine the Plan. Mayor Bergeson opened the public hearing at 6:42 p.m. Sue ?, 6408 Cassiopeia Court, noted improvements to Holly Drive were not included in the proposed Five -Year Financial Plan and asked that such improvements be added to the Plan. She stated she had been before the City Council last fall when the Shadow Pond development was being discussed and it had been mentioned at that time that Holly Drive had been on tli ist for improvements utilizing State Aid funding. She agreed Holly Drive is a dangerous road and noted a number of families rely on this roadway. She indicated there are no walking trails in
