COUNCIL MINUTES JUNE 10, 2002 <br />Mayor Bergeson opened the public hearing at 8:04 p.m. <br />Hearing no public comments, Councilmember Reinert moved to close the public hearing at 8:04 p.m. <br />Councilmember O'Donnell seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Councilmember Dahl moved to approve the first reading of Ordinance No. 04-02, Vacating Public <br />Drainage and Utility Easements, Molin Concrete, as submitted. Councilmember Reinert seconded the <br />motion. <br />Mayor Bergeson voted yea. Councilmember Carlson voted yea. Councilmember Dahl voted yea. <br />Councilmember O'Donnell voted yea.
