COUNCIL MINUTES JUNE 10, 2002 <br />Mayor Bergeson opened the public hearing at 8:10 p.m. <br />Hearing no public comments, Councilmember Dahl moved to close the public hearing at 8:10 p.m. <br />Councilmember Carlson seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Councilmember Carlson moved to approve the first reading of Ordinance No. 05-02, Vacating Cree <br />Lane, Shenandoah 3rd Addition, as submitted. Councilmember Dahl seconded the motion. <br />Mayor Bergeson voted yea. Councilmember Carlson voted yea. Councilmember Dahl voted yea. <br />Councilmember O'Donnell voted yea. Councilmember Reinert voted yea. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 05-02 can be found in the City Clerk's office. <br />Consideration of Resolution No. 02-54, Accepting Petitio <br />Improvements, Marshan Lane Utility Improvements <br />advised the City received a petition on September 25, <br />Marshan Lane, east of Lake Drive, for preparation <br />service.
