Mayor Bergeson advised <br />g this evening. <br />AL OR DELETION OF AGENDA ITEMS <br />There were no additions or tions to the agenda. <br />21st AVENUE CONSTRUCTION ISSUES, PAUL PALZER, MIKE GROCHALA. <br />TOM PETERSON, JIM STUDENSKI <br />Community Development Director Grochala advised Lino Lakes City staff met with <br />Centerville staff last week regarding this issue. The project does need to be completed <br />because the roadway is in very bad shape. The feasibility study was done last year and <br />was recently revised. The project cost is now down to approximately $317,000. <br />However, there will still be large assessments to 5-6 property owners. The details of the <br />project and costs need to be confirmed in order to move forward. <br />Community Development Director Grochala referred to a map of the proposed project <br />and a tentative schedule. There are drainage issues and ponding issues that also need to <br />
