Ms. Marie s un. . le to fill the position but her son would like to do it. <br />He has experience and woul o well on the board. <br />Mayor Bergeson welcomed Stephanie Kopp, an intern for the Parks Department. <br />Ms. Kopp advised she is attending UW Stout and this is her sixth summer working in the <br />Parks Department. <br />STONEYBROOK RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION, MICHAEL GROCHALA <br />Community Development Director Grochala stated Tollefson Development, Inc., has <br />submitted an application for preliminary plat approval of Stoneybrook, a 102 -lot single <br />family residential subdivision. The request also requires approval to allocate MUSA to <br />the site and a Rezoning from R, Rural District to R -1X, Single Family Executive <br />Residential District. <br />
