COUNCIL MINUTES AUGUST 12, 2002 C. Consideration of Resolution No. 02-86, Approving Application for Premises Permit from Dead Broke Saddle Club for Lawful Gambling Activity at the 49 Club D. Holte OPEN MIKE Howard Juni, Candidate for Commissioner District 6 Mr. Howard Juni introduced himself to the City Council as a candidate running for County Commissioner for District No. 6. He expressed his appreciation for being here this evening and indicated that he has lived in Lino Lakes for 20 years. He indicated that he has been active in community activities and provided information regarding his b ound and reasons for running for County Commissioner. Mayor Bergeson requested a tiv date for when a report can be submitted to Mr. Stranz and the City Council regarding this iss The City Engineer offered to have a written report at the next regular City Council meeting in Xder to address what has been found to date and what possible solutions there may be, if any. Councilmember Carlson asked that the report be submitted to the City Council during their work session next Wednesday. Mr. Stranz stated this would be acceptable. He indicated his ground is saturated and there is no place for his sewage to go. He stated he would like something in writing from the City as soon as possible in order to take action, whether there is a connection or not. Mayor Bergeson stated a report will be made to the City Council on this issue during their work session next Wednesday, which will begin at 5:30 p.m., and he invited Mr. Stranz to attend that meeting.
