COUNCIL MINUTES AUGUST 12, 2002 <br />Regarding Consent Agenda item 5D, Marty Boeckman questioned where the City plans to enter the <br />property and whether there were plans to remove the underground utilities. Additionally, he <br />questioned whether the iron property markers will be removed as part of this project and, if so, how <br />the property lines will be re -marked. He also asked whether a berm will be constructed at the end of <br />the pipe. <br />Mayor Bergeson asked if these questions could be answered this evening or whether Mr. Boeckman <br />should follow-up with a telephone call to City staff. <br />City Engineer Studenski indicated some of these questions will be addressed this evening under <br />Community Development Department Report item 7F.
