The City is working on this issue with both Acting Mayor Reinert stated the City should address this issue in the future with some type of ordinance. Mr. Byron stated the culverts need to be cleaned out because they are full and that is what is causing the drainage problems. Councilmember Dahl stated she has been concerned about this issue and the cul-de-sac on Durango Point for the past two years. The culverts are full and the builders are responsible. The City needs to make sure the builders take care of this issue
