CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION AUGUST 21, 2002 <br />MASHAN LANE, DRAINAGE ISSUES, JIM STUDENSKI <br />City Engineer Studenski advised there are two residents that are concerned with the <br />existing pond that abuts their property that was created with the road and new City Hall. <br />This issue was investigated last year and it was determined that the pond is not affecting <br />the residents' septic systems. A lot of work has been done this year regarding this issue <br />and it was determined again that the pond is not affecting their septic systems. He <br />reviewed information regarding the lot elevations and flood elevations in relation to the <br />pond.
