COUNCIL MINUTES SEPTEMBER 23, 2002 <br />Consider Resolution No. 02-123, Proclamation for Crime Prevention Month, Police Chief <br />Pecchia - Police Chief Pecchia advised that Crime Prevention month was designed to heighten crime <br />prevention awareness and generate support and participation in local anticrime efforts among civic <br />groups, schools, faith communities, businesses, and individuals as they help to nurture communal <br />responsibility and instill pride throughout the City. Staff is requesting that Council acknowledge and <br />read the proclamation in support of designating the month of October 2002 as Crime Prevention <br />Month in the City of Lino Lakes. <br />Councilmember Dahl moved to adopt Resolution 02-123, Proclamation Declaring October 2002 <br />Crime Prevention Month.
