Mayor Bergeson voted yea. <br />Consider Resolution No. 02-115, Approving Minor Subdivision, 82XX West Rondeau Lake <br />Road (Cardarelli / Severson property), Tanda Gretz — Associate Planner Gretz explained that <br />agenda item 7B is an application for a Minor Subdivision for Laraine Cardarelli and Craig Severson <br />for property located in the 82 -hundred block of West Rondeau Lake Road. The site is 32 acres in size <br />and zoned Rural. The applicants would like to subdivide the property into two lots: one of 10.43 <br />acres and one of 21.69 acres. <br />Associate Planner Gretz indicated the Certificate of Survey for the property indicates that both <br />proposed lots will meet the 10 acre minimum lot size requirement for property in a Rural zone. Both <br />lots also meet the minimum lot width and road frontage requirement of 330 feet, and the minimum <br />upland requirement of 20 percent. In addition, soils tests perfo d show that there are soils on each <br />of the lots capable of supporting a septic system, with room for b mary and secondary sites. <br />Associate Planner Gretz advised that as the proposed minor <br />requirements as specified under the Lino Lakes City Ordin <br />with the following three conditions: <br />h meets all minimum lot <br />f would recommend approval, <br />1.) Such dedication shall be in the form of <br />a Quit Claim Deed, per the atto. ey. <br />3.) Councilmember Dahl seconded the <br />motion. <br />Councilmember Carlson noted the date and month need to be inserted into the draft resolution. City <br />Clerk Blair stated that will be corrected to indicate tonight's date. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 02-115 can be found in the City Clerk's office. <br />Consider Resolution No. 02-116, Approving Variance, 8065 Wood Duck Trail (Sullivan <br />property), Tanda Gretz — Associate Planner Gretz explained that agenda item 7C is an application <br />for a Variance for Michael and Laura Sullivan of 8065 Wood Duck Trail.
