COUNCIL MINUTES SEPTEMBER 23, 2002 <br />explained that Circle Pines has indicated if they extend sewer and water, they also want to serve it <br />with their gas service, and would need to extend MUSA. <br />Community Development Director Grochala reviewed the number of issues that would make <br />extension of utilities from Circle Pines problematic. He stated that the site will accommodate the on- <br />site well and septic but if the applicant decides to pursue connection from Circle Pines, staff can <br />conduct further research. <br />Len Lampert, architect, stated they plan to start construction in the spring but it appears to be doubtful <br />that the engineering feats to provide utilities can be accomplished by then. He stated it is acceptable <br />with the applicant to go with the on-site septic and well systems.
