• <br />CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION FEBRUARY 5, 2003 <br />APPROVED <br />Administration Director Tesch advised he had a request from a resident to email a <br />Councilmember. The City can set up an account for the Council at City Hall to publish <br />that can be accessed from home. <br />Mayor Bergeson asked that if once the mailbox is set up, can emails be forwarded to <br />another address. Administration Director Tesch advised he will look into that and <br />determine if that is possible. <br />Councilmember O'Donnell stated he would prefer his emails be forwarded to another <br />address also. Administration Director Tesch stated he will also have to make sure any <br />responses do not include the address the emails were forwarded to. <br />It was the consensus of Council that mailboxes should be set up the current City Council <br />and future City Council's at City Hall. <br />REGULAR AGENDA, FEBRUARY 10, 2003 <br />There were no changes to the regular Council agenda. <br />Mayor Bergeson advised that he, Councilmember Carlson and Community Development <br />Director met with the County last evening regarding transportation issues. The two main <br />issues were the Vikings stadium and transportation. Three of the four possible sites for a <br />new stadium would have huge impacts on Lino Lakes. The concept is a stadium, practice <br />facility and corporate offices combined with other commercial projects. <br />Mayor Bergeson continued stating it was indicated that the information will be made <br />public in approximately two weeks. Most of the discussion regarding transportation <br />involved the east side of the City. There was also some discussion about Lake Drive and <br />Main Street. <br />Community Development Director Grochala advised classifications of highways will be <br />changed due to growth and the availability of funds. <br />Administration Director Grochala advised the City of Hugo would like to schedule <br />another Tri -City meeting on March 20, 2003. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 8:28 p.m. <br />These minutes were considered, corrected and approved at the regular Council meeting held on <br />March 10, 2003. <br />Ann Blair(5ity Clerk Joh'Berg -_'on, ayor <br />8 <br />
