APPROVED <br />1 CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />• 2 MINUTES <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 DATE : March 24, 2003 <br />6 TIME STARTED : 6:30 P.M. <br />7 TIME ENDED : 7:46 P.M. <br />8 MEMBERS PRESENT : Councilmembers Carlson, Dahl, O'Donnell, <br />9 and Mayor Bergeson <br />10 MEMBERS ABSENT : Councilmember Reinert <br />11 <br />12 Staff members present: City Administrator, Linda Waite Smith; City Clerk, Ann Blair; City <br />13 Engineer, Jim Studenski; City Planner Jeff Smyser, Director of Finance, Al Rolek; Director of Public <br />14 Safety, Rick DeGardner (part); and City Attorney, Bill Hawkins. <br />15 <br />16 SETTING THE AGENDA <br />17 <br />18 Mayor Bergeson noted that Item 1C, Consider Approval of Application for Exempt Permit, <br />19 Northwest Family YMCA Raffle, has been added. He asked that it be handled separately from Items <br />20 lA and 1B. <br />21 <br />22 The agenda was approved as amended. <br />23 <br />24 CONSENT AGENDA <br />25 <br />26 Councilmember Carlson moved to approve the Consent Agenda, Items 1A and 1B, as submitted. <br />27 Councilmember O'Donnell seconded the motion. <br />28 <br />29 Motion carried unanimously. <br />30 <br />31 Councilmember O'Donnell explained that several teams have joined together to raise funds for Lino <br />32 Lakes, including the YMCA. He indicated a Polaris four -wheeler has been donated and will be <br />33 raffled off to raise funds. He indicated that tickets can be purchased at the Elementary School <br />34 Carnival, and various other locations through June. <br />35 <br />36 Councilmember Dahl moved to approve the Consent Agenda Item 1 C, as submitted. Councilmember <br />37 Reinert seconded the motion. <br />38 <br />39 Motion carried unanimously. <br />40 <br />41 ITEM ACTION <br />42 <br />43 A.
