ANNUAL BOARD OF REVIEW APRIL 14, 2003 <br />APPROVED <br />•48 Mayor Bergeson asked if there was any information on commercial property. Mr. Leone indicated <br />49 industrial sales on vacant lots have gone up to $2.00 and $2.10 a square foot, up from $1.75 a year <br />50 ago; however not much else is going on. He indicated he received a call from a representative of <br />51 Target asking about their $73.00 price, as most others are $70.00. He stated, however, that another <br />52 Target with a new addition, more comparable to Lino Lakes, was at $74.00 so he was right in line. <br />53 <br />54 Mayor Bergeson asked if there was anyone else who would like to address this issue.
