Consideration of Resolution No. 03-57, amending Resolution No. 02-156, to change term 1230 of assessment, Lake/Apollo Drive Improvement Project, Jim Studenski 1231 1232 City Engineer Studenski presented the staff report, indicating this is a housekeeping issue due to a 1233 clerical error, and staff recommends adoption of the Resolution. 1234 1235 Councilmember Carlson clarified they had approved ten years and it will remain ten years. City 1236 Engineer Studenski indicated this was correct. 1237 1238 Mayor Bergeson asked if there were any legal issues. City Engineer Studenski indicated there were 1239 not; they followed the proper process, it was just at the end the clerical error occurred. •40 26
