Consideration of Resolution No. 03-57, amending Resolution No. 02-156, to change term <br />1230 of assessment, Lake/Apollo Drive Improvement Project, Jim Studenski <br />1231 <br />1232 City Engineer Studenski presented the staff report, indicating this is a housekeeping issue due to a <br />1233 clerical error, and staff recommends adoption of the Resolution. <br />1234 <br />1235 Councilmember Carlson clarified they had approved ten years and it will remain ten years. City <br />1236 Engineer Studenski indicated this was correct. <br />1237 <br />1238 Mayor Bergeson asked if there were any legal issues.
