COUNCIL MINUTES APRIL 28, 2003 <br />APPROVED <br />1241 Councilmember Dahl moved to adopt Resolution No. 03-57, amending Resolution No. 02-156 to <br />042 change the term of assessment for the Lake/Apollo Drive Improvement Project. Councilmember <br />1243 Reinert seconded the motion. Approval of the April 14, 2003 Annual Board of Review <br />1263 <br />1,64 Councilmember Carlson noted that on the April 14, 2003 City Council minutes, the following <br />65 changes should be made: <br />1266 • Page 2, Line 73, should say 'Mark Boeckman', rather than 'Mark Bachman'. <br />1267 • Page 7, Lines 279, 280, should say 'they could severely hamper running the City', rather than <br />1268 'they could be severely hampered in running the City'. <br />1269 • Page 7, Line 308, should say `surrounding cities that have lower water fees', rather than <br />1270 `surrounding cities, have lower water fees'. <br />1271 <br />1272 Councilmember Dahl moved to approve the minutes from the April 14, 2003 City Council meeting <br />1273 and the April 14, 2003 Board of Review.
