CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION JUNE 4, 2003 <br />APPROVED <br />• Councilmember O'Donnell requested staff look at the level of the pipe vs. the level of the <br />basement. <br />City Administrator Waite Smith advised the City's insurance company would no longer <br />pay any damages for the City if the City is not legally responsible. <br />REGULAR AGENDA, MAY 12, 2003 <br />Item Ii, Consideration of Resolution No. 03 — 82, Declaring Costs to be Assessed, Elm <br />Street Reconstruction Project — this item was removed from the regular agenda. <br />Item Iii, Consideration of Resolution No. 03 — 88, Call for Public Hearing on Proposed <br />Assessments — this item was removed from the regular agenda. <br />There were no other changes to the regular agenda. <br />Councilmember Reinert requested a discussion regarding the quality of water in Lake <br />Reshanau be discussed at a future Council work session.
