Renewal of Liquor and Tobacco Licenses, Ann Blair <br />53 <br />54 City Clerk Blair summarized the staff report, indicating it is staff's recommendation to approve the <br />55 liquor and tobacco licenses listed for 2003. She noted the list does not include recently approved new <br />56 liquor and tobacco licenses for Spirit Hills and Eagle Liquor, as they will not be up for renewal until <br />57 2004. <br />58 <br />59 Councilmember Reinert moved to approve the liquor and tobacco license renewals for 2003 as <br />60 provided by staff. Councilmember Dahl seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />61 <br />62 PUBLIC SAFETY DEPARTMENT REPORT, DAVE PECCHIA <br />63 <br />64 A. Consider Resolution No. 03-92 Approving Participation in All -Hazard Mitigation <br />65 Planning Process <br />66 <br />67 Police Chief Dave Pecchia presented the staff report, indicating the County of Anoka is requesting <br />68 participation by all cities and townships within their jurisdiction. <br />69 <br />70 Councilmember O'Donnell moved to adopt Resolution No. 03-92 approving participation in All - <br />71 Hazard Mitigation Planning Process. Councilmember Carlson seconded the motion. <br />072 <br />73 Motion carried unanimously. <br />74 <br />75 Resolution No. 03-92 can be found in the City Clerk's office. <br />76 <br />77 PUBLIC SERVICES DEPARTMENT REPORT, RICK DEGARDNER <br />78 <br />79 There was no report presented. <br />80 <br />81 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT REPORT <br />82 <br />83 A. Public Hearing, Consideration of Resolution No. 03-93, Adopting Revised Business <br />84 Subsidy Criteria, Mary Alice Divine <br />85 <br />86 Economic Development Assistant Divine summarized the staff report, noting the Economic <br />87 Development Authority voted to approve the revision during the meeting held earlier this evening. <br />88 <br />89 Councilmember Carlson noted the document provided for this meeting does not follow the same <br />90 language as the previous document presented to the Economic Development Authority, and the <br />91 changes to language made at that meeting would not be necessary here, providing the first paragraph <br />92 be changed to indicate 'the City Council of Lino Lakes (the "City")', rather than just 'the city of Lino <br />93 Lakes (the "City")'.
