COUNCIL MINUTES AUGUST 11, 2003 <br />APPROVED <br />574 <br />111575 Councilmember Dahl indicated she is not here to argue, but two weeks ago at the work session <br />576 everyone was there, and they had come to a decision then and did give direction.
