City Planner Smyser advised that a CUP must start within one 680 year or it becomes void. However, a site and building plan must start within six months or it can be 681 extended by administrative review. He explained that the CUP extension is important since the 682 language indicates it expires but the site plan can be extended through an administrative approval. 683 684 Councilmember Reinert moved to adopt Resolution No. 03-144, Extending Site and Building 685 Plan/CUP Approval, Benkler Car Wash.
