Consideration of Resolution No. 03-144, Extending Site and Building Plan/CUP <br />674 Approval, Benkler Car Wash, Jeff Smyser <br />675 <br />676 City Planner Smyser gave a brief history of this application and summarized the Staff report. <br />677 <br />678 Councilmember Dahl noted that the recommended extension of the car wash CUP is for six months <br />679 but for Item 7G it is for nine months. City Planner Smyser advised that a CUP must start within one <br />680 year or it becomes void. However, a site and building plan must start within six months or it can be <br />681 extended by administrative review. He explained that the CUP extension is important since the <br />682 language indicates it expires but the site plan can be extended through an administrative approval. <br />683 <br />684 Councilmember Reinert moved to adopt Resolution No. 03-144, Extending Site and Building <br />685 Plan/CUP Approval, Benkler Car Wash.
