Community Development Director Grochala <br />873 stated they have had some preliminary discussions and will meet with the YMCA this week. <br />874 <br />875 Councilmember O'Donnell moved to adopt Resolution No. 03-181 authorizing engineering and <br />876 architectural services for Woods Edge (Village) Development. She indicated on lines 548 and 549 it says `Councilmember Dahl noted the <br />•890 City Administrator was also of the impression they had accepted the offer'; she would like it to stop <br />891 there. <br />892 <br />893 Councilmember Carlson moved to approve the August 11, 2003 and September 8, 2003 City Council <br />894 minutes.
