Second Reading, Ordinance No. 19-03 Rezoning from R-3 to LB, Miller's <br />123 Crossroads, Bruggeman Properties <br />124 <br />125 Councilmember O'Donnell moved to approve the SECOND READING of Ordinance No. 19-03 <br />126 amending the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Lino Lakes by rezoning certain real estate from R-3, <br />127 Medium Density Residential to LB, Limited Business for the Miller's Crossroads Development. <br />128 Councilmember Carlson seconded the motion. <br />129 <br />130 Councilmember Dahl asked the developer to verify the roof color for the commercial building. Greg <br />131 Schenk, 3564 Rolling Green Drive indicated the colors have been submitted to staff. He stated they <br />132 were using natural colors, such as brown or gray. <br />133 <br />134 Councilmember O'Donnell voted yea. Councilmember Carlson voted yea. Councilmember Dahl <br />135 voted yea. Councilmember Reinert voted nay. Mayor Bergeson voted yea.
