COUNCIL MINUTES NOVEMBER 10, 2003 <br />APPROVED <br />143 Councilmember Carlson moved to approve the FIRST READING of Ordinance No. 22-03 Vacating <br />044 an Ingress and Egress Easement within the area of the Raven's Hollow Development. <br />145 Councilmember O'Donnell seconded the motion. <br />146 <br />147 Councilmember Carlson voted yea. Councilmember O'Donnell voted yea. Councilmember Dahl <br />148 voted yea. Councilmember Reinert voted yea. Mayor Bergeson voted yea. <br />149 <br />150 Ordinance No. 22-03 can be found in the City Clerk's office. <br />151 <br />152 C. Consideration of Resolution No. 03-201, Adopting Assessments, Individual Utility <br />153 Connections, Jim Studenski <br />154 <br />155 City Engineer Studenski summarized the Staff report, indicating Staff recommends approval of the <br />156 resolution. <br />157 <br />158 Councilmember Reinert moved to adopt Resolution No. 03-201 adopting assessment for the <br />159 improvement of individual properties which requested connection to City utilities. Consideration of Resolution No. 03-203, Adopting Assessments, Stoneybrook, Jim <br />179 Studenski <br />180 <br />181 City Engineer Studenski summarized the Staff report, indicating this is for the entire 103 parcels. He <br />182 stated they have gone through this with the developer and they are in concurrence with adopting the <br />183 entire assessment. <br />184 <br />185 Councilmember Dahl moved to adopt Resolution No. 03-203 adopting assessment for the <br />186 Stoneybrook Development Project.
