COUNCIL MINUTES DECEMBER 15, 2003 <br />APPROVED <br />91 C. Consideration of Resolution 03-224 Adopting the 2004 Water and Sewer Operating <br />•92 Budgets. <br />93 <br />94 Finance Director Rolek summarized the Staff report, noting it has been the practice of the City <br />95 Council to adopt the Water and Sewer Operating budgets by resolution. <br />96 <br />97 Councilmember O'Donnell moved to adopt Resolution No. 03-224, adopting the 2004 Water and <br />98 Sewer Operating Budgets. Councilmember Dahl seconded the motion. <br />99 <br />100 Motion carried unanimously. <br />101 <br />102 Resolution No. 03-224 can be found in the City Clerk's office. <br />103 <br />104 D. Consideration of Resolution 03-225 Adopting the 2004 Recreation Fund Budget <br />105 <br />106 Finance Director Rolek summarized the Staff report, again noting it has been the practice of the City <br />107 Council to adopt the Recreation Fund Operating budgets by resolution. <br />108 <br />109 Councilmember Carlson moved to adopt Resolution No. 03-225, adopting the 2004 Recreation Fund <br />110 Budget. Presentation of Plaque to Councilmember Jeff O'Donnell <br />119 <br />120 Councilmember Reinert stated it is very appropriate to award Councilmember O'Donnell with a <br />121 plaque, and it is with great honor that he as the Acting Mayor this evening is able to present it. He <br />122 indicated he is not happy about having to present it, because it means Councilmember O'Donnell will <br />123 no longer be a member of the City Council. He read the inscription. <br />124 <br />125 Councilmember O'Donnell thanked the City Council for the recognition. Councilmember Reinert <br />126 indicated over the last four years it has been a pleasure to work with Councilmember O'Donnell. <br />127 <br />128 Councilmember O'Donnell commented it has been an honor to work on the City Council and <br />129 represent the citizens of Lino Lakes. He hopes he will get the chance to work with each of the other <br />130 Councilmembers again. <br />131 <br />• <br />3 <br />
