COUNCIL MINUTES FEBRUARY 9, 2004 APPROVED 232 Councilmember Carlson commented she remembers being on the Planning and Zoning Board in 1999 �33 when the VFW brought plans to add onto the existing building. She believes this is a much better 234 plan. 235 236 Mayor Bergeson asked what their estimated start and end dates would be. Consider SECOND READING of Ordinance No. 02-04, Rezoning Certain Real Property 245 from R-4, High Density Residential to R-3, Medium Density Residential, NE corner of 246 Lake Drive and Aqua Lane, Jeff Smyser 247 248 City Planner Smyser summarized the Staff report, indicating Staff recommends approval of the 249 second reading. 250 251 Councilmember Carlson stated two weeks ago when they did the first reading a representative for the 252 applicant was here and mentioned they would be coming back with a plan that would meet the City's 253 ordinance. She asked if that plan has been brought in. City Planner Smyser stated it has not. 254 255 Councilmember Carlson moved to approve the SECOND READING of Ordinance No. 02-04, 056 amending the zoning ordinance of the City of Lino Lakes by rezoning certain real estate at the 257 northeast corner of Lake Drive and Aqua Lane from R-4, High Density Residential to R-3, Medium 258 Density Residential. Councilmember Reinert seconded the motion. 259 260 Vote: Councilmember Carlson voted yea. Councilmember Reinert voted yea. Councilmember Dahl 261 voted yea. Councilmember Stoltz voted yea. Consideration of Resolution No. 04-22, Approving Preparation of Plans and 268 Specifications for 2004 Wear Course Project, Jim Studenski 269 270 City Engineer Studenski summarized the Staff report, reviewing the project timeline and noting Staff 271 recommends approval. 272 273 Councilmember Reinert moved to adopt Resolution No. 04-22 authorizing the preparation of plans 274 and specifications for the 2004 wearing course.
