COUNCIL MINUTES MARCH 8, 2004 <br />APPROVED <br />428 Councilmember Carlson indicated she will vote for both of these because she wants to see the Village <br />.30 <br />29 move along. She thinks it is important to get questions answered as they come up, and noted that <br />when approving it does say when there is a conflict between the Town Center standards and the <br />431 regular standards the Town Center standards should prevail. She indicated she thinks they have done <br />432 that whenever possible and are ready to move forward. <br />433 <br />434 Mayor Bergeson stated he thinks this is an important part of the long-term planning of the city and it <br />435 will be a great asset for Lino Lakes. <br />436 <br />437 Vote: 4 — 0. Consideration of Resolution No. 04-33 Approving Development Stage Plan / <br />441 Preliminary Plat, The Village No. 2 <br />442 <br />443 Councilmember Stoltz moved to approve Resolution No. 04-33 approving the Development Stage <br />444 Plan for Legacy at Woods Edge and the Preliminary Plat titled Village No. 2 subject to the conditions <br />445 outlined in the resolution. <br />446 <br />447 Motion carried unanimously. <br />448 <br />449 Resolution No. 04-33 can be found in the City Clerk's office. <br />450 <br />451 Community Development Director Grochala stated he wanted to take this opportunity to say they still <br />052 have a lot of work to do, but he feels compelled to point out the great work of his staff. Approval of minutes of Special Council Work Session, February 21, 2004 <br />465 <br />466 City Administrator Heitke noted the minutes from February 21st should say Councilmember Stoltz <br />467 under the members present, rather than Councilmember O'Donnell. Councilmember Carlson added <br />468 that it only shows an R, rather than listing Councilmember Reinert. <br />469 <br />470 Councilmember Dahl noted that on the February 18th minutes she found it interesting she only said <br />471 one thing, and the other City Council members said little as well. She stated she knows they said <br />472 more, but does not remember what. She stated on the February 21' minutes she had a different <br />473 impression of the last paragraph on the first page. It should say 'The staff will be present for a <br />474 portion of the session to provide their perspective on current and emerging issues within their <br />.75 respective departments, which will be received by the Council for consideration in formulating goals <br />10 <br />
