Councilmember Dahl 30 seconded the motion. 31 32 Councilmember Reinert voted yea; Councilmember Dahl voted yea; Councilmember Stoltz voted 33 yea; Acting Mayor Carlson voted yea. 34 35 Motion carried unanimously. 36 37 iii.
