She also referred to page 4, line 165, and corrected it to read `Environmentalists, <br />24 one concern...". <br />25 <br />26 Councilmember Reinert referred to page 5, line 218, and added the following sentence: <br />27 "He stated that he didn't think that Scott Anderson from Eagle Brook Church should be <br />28 blackballed from the list of AUAR panel members". <br />29 <br />30 Item 6B, Consider 1st Reading of Ordinance 24 - 04, Amending Ordinance 01 — 03, <br />31 Growth Management Policy, to Include Provisions for Conservation Development — <br />32 Council directed staff to include the current MUSA inventory information in the Friday <br />33 update. <br />34 <br />35 Item 6C, Consideration of Resolution No. 04 —177, Approving Development Contract <br />36 (grading only), Highland Meadows East 2nd Addition — Council indicated the developer <br />37 may begin silt fencing and prep work prior to Monday's approval if their letter of credit <br />38 and escrow is submitted to the City. <br />39 <br />40 Therecommendation for Reappointment of Harvey Karth on the Rice Creek Watershed <br />41 District Board of Managers, was added to the agenda. <br />42 <br />43 There were no other changes to the regular Council agenda. <br />44 <br />45 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT, MICHAEL GROCHALA AND JIM STUDENSKI <br />46 <br />47 City Engineer Studenski distributed and reviewed the Pavement Management Report <br />48 noting the report is the initial analysis of what staff is proposing in terms of pavement <br />
