COUNCIL MINUTES January 24, 2005 APPROVED 192 Councilmember Stoltz asked how the open houses have been going. Mr. Dolezal indicated that the M1193 Fall Parade of Homes was a little slow, but they have had some properties closing and have 94 commitments for others. He stated he hopes the Spring Parade of Homes will pick things up. 195 196 Councilmember Carlson moved to adopt Resolution No. 05-03 approving Final Plat for Millers 197 Crossroads 2nd Addition. Councilmember Stoltz seconded the motion. 198 199 Vote: 3:1 Motion carried.
