Reinert seconded the motion. <br />161 <br />162 Vote: 3 ayes, 1 nay. The motion passed. Councilmember Stoltz voted yea. Councilmember Reinert <br />163 voted yea. Mayor Bergeson voted yea. She stated she <br />189 heard a couple of positive comments about the quality of the townhomes.
