COUNCIL MINUTES March 14, 2005 <br />APPROVED <br />110135 Assistant Planner Bengtson summarized the Staff report, indicating Staff recommends approval. <br />136 <br />137 Mayor Bergeson noted this development was previously known as Marshan Townhomes 2nd <br />138 Addition. <br />139 <br />140 Councilmember Carlson asked if the easement agreement has been signed by the Homeowner's <br />141 Association as well as the developer, and whether a development agreement will still come to the City <br />142 Council prior to final plat being completed. <br />143 <br />144 Assistant Planner Bengtson indicated both the developer and Homeowner's Association <br />145 representative signed the easement agreement, and Staff will not sign off on the final plat until the <br />146 Development Agreement is approved by the City Council. <br />147 <br />148 Councilmember Reinert moved to adopt Resolution No. 05-30 approving Final Plat, Turnberry <br />149 Crossing. Consideration of Resolution No. 05-27, Approving Final Plat, Century Farm <br />158 North 3rd Addition, Paul Bengtson <br />159 <br />160 Assistant Planner Bengtson summarized the Staff report, indicating Staff is recommending approval <br />161 of Final Plat. <br />162 <br />163 Jeff Morell, 7860 Sunset indicated he talked with the Planning Department, and with Gary Uhde of <br />164 Century Farms. He stated he has ten acres on one side of Sunset and one acre on the other side, with <br />165 the road in between. He indicated he wants to be able to have sewer and water available for future <br />166 development of his ten acres. <br />167 <br />168 Mayor Bergeson indicated when services go by current development they stub in for future <br />169 development needs. <br />170 <br />171 City Engineer Studenski concurred, stating they try to stub in so they do not have to go back and tear <br />172 up the road later. He indicated before they reach that point Staff would like to talk with Mr. Morell to <br />173 get an idea of how his plans lay out so they get the services in the right area. <br />174 <br />175 Councilmember Reinert moved to adopt Resolution No. 05-27 approving Final Plat, Century Farm <br />176 North 3rd Addition.
