Consideration of Resolution No. 05-31, Authorizing Execution of Development <br />183 Agreement, Century Farm North 3rd Addition, Jim Studenski <br />184 <br />185 City Engineer Studenski reviewed the Staff report, indicating Staff is recommending approval of this <br />186 Development Agreement. <br />187 <br />188 Councilmember Stoltz moved to adopt Resolution No. 05-31 authorizing execution of a Development <br />189 Agreement for Century Farm North 3rd Addition. Councilmember Reinert seconded the motion. <br />190 <br />191 Motion carried unanimously. <br />192 <br />193 Resolution No. 05-31 can be found in the City Clerk's office. <br />194 <br />195 D. Consideration of Resolution No. 05-29, Approving Preliminary Plat, Angie's Acres, Paul <br />196 Bengtson <br />197 <br />198 Assistant Planner Bengtson summarized the Staff report, indicating Staff recommends approval of the <br />199 Preliminary Plat. <br />200 <br />Ani.01 Councilmember Carlson asked for further explanation on the southern portion of the property that is <br />02 being combined, which Assistant Planner Bengtson provided. He noted the two parties have an <br />203 agreement to complete this combination of land. <br />204 <br />205 Councilmember Stoltz asked when Pheasant Hills 12th Addition on the island, which was slated for <br />206 2005, would come off the list for housing units approved. <br />207 <br />208 Community Development Director Grochala indicated eight lots have been slated for 2005 for this <br />209 project, and while they have been informed that the project will probably not move forward because <br />210 of costs for the bridge, the approval is good for one year. He stated until that approval period is over, <br />211 it will remain on the grid as eight lots. <br />212 <br />213 Councilmember Reinert moved to adopt Resolution No. 05-29 approving Preliminary Plat, Angie's <br />214 Acres.
