Consideration of Resolution No. 05-48, Approving Preliminary Plat, Marshan Lakeview, <br />225 Paul Bengtson <br />226 <br />227 City Planner Bengtson summarized the Staff report, indicating that Staff is recommending approval. <br />228 <br />229 Councilmember Carlson noted the report stated the Planning and Zoning Board approved the <br />230 preliminary plat, but noted the Environmental Board also reviewed the plat and passed it with <br />231 recommendations. She asked if those were addressed. <br />232 <br />233 City Planner Bengtson advised the donation of wetland to Anoka County was discussed with the <br />234 owner, who felt it was in the best interest of the land to do a conservation of wetland rather than <br />235 donate it to the County. He indicated the other conditions were all standard conditions that are <br />236 always included in the resolutions. <br />237 <br />
