Consideration of Resolution No. 05-54, Accepting Bids and Awarding Contract, 248 Jim Studenski 249 250 City Engineer Studenski summarized the Staff report, indicating Staff recommends approval of the 251 request. 252 253 Councilmember Stoltz moved to adopt Resolution No. 05-54 accepting bids and awarding a contract 254 for Well No. 5 drilling.
