The property in
question has restrictions relating to storm water drainage.

Community Development Director Grochala advised the City can only use the property
for storm water drainage. The City of Circle Pines would also use the property for
additional storm water drainage. However, the only potential for Circle Pines is to
increase the drainage area. Staff is not sure at this point if the City of Lino Lakes could
even sell the property.

City Administrator Heitke advised he would inform the City of Circle Pines that the
Council has not ruled out the possibility of selling the property but more information is
necessary before a determination can be made.

GOAL SETTING SESSION, GORDON HEITKE

City Administrator Heitke advised the May 26, 2005 Goal Setting Session would begin at
noon for lunch and the meeting would begin at 12:30 p.m.

MINUTES OF APRIL 6,11,20 MEETINGS, CAROLINE DAHL

Councilmember Dahl referred to the April 6, 2005 Council work session minutes.
