The City has <br />received an application for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment from the developer. Staff <br />is in the process of reviewing that application. <br />Mr. Greg Hayes, Hardwood Creek, stated they have continued working through the <br />process including meeting with City staff. He referred to the concept plan noting there is <br />80-95 acres of green space included in the plan. The development team is currently <br />working on a detailed plan for the project. <br />Mr. Hayes referred to a draft phasing plan advising the phasing of the project would move <br />from the south to the north due to the utilities. The development team will come back to <br />the City Council with a more detailed plan as they continue to work through the process. <br />VLAWMO, JEFF MCDOWELL <br />Mr. Jeff McDowell, Lino Lakes representative of VLAWMO, stated the Joint Powers <br />Agreement expires at the end of this year. However, by state law, VLAWMO has to put <br />together a water plan. The City Council needs to address the following: <br />1. Whether or not the member community agrees to extend the Joint Powers <br />Agreement for one more year. <br />1 <br />
