She briefly reviewed the AUAR <br />30 process to date noting the Final AUAR has been revised in response to comments <br />31 received. The Final AUAR also includes the Draft AUAR, Comment Letters, Response <br />32 to Comments, Final Mitigation Plan and Revised AUAR Document. <br />33 <br />34 Ms. Schlichting stated the majority of comments received were concerns relating to <br />35 transportation and storm water management. She provided an overview of the Final <br />36 Mitigation Plan including its purpose, specifics and implementation. <br />37 <br />38 Ms. Schlichting stated she and City staff are recommending the Council authorize <br />39 distribution of the Final AUAR for a ten-day objection period. The Final AUAR will be <br />40 sent to all agencies and person who commented on the Draft AUAR. If no objections are <br />41 filed, the next step is to adopt the Final AUAR. If objections are filed, negotiations will <br />42 ensue. If necessary, the EQB will decide if the review is adequate or must be revised. <br />43 <br />44 Ms. Schlichting advised authorization of the Final AUAR indicates the Council finds the <br />45 materials to be accurate and complete. It also indicates the Council finds that the actions <br />
