• <br />COUNCIL MINUTES APRIL 10, 2006 <br />APPROVED <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />MINUTES <br />DATE : April 10, 2006 <br />TIME STARTED : 6:40 p.m. <br />TIME ENDED : 8:05 p.m. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT : Councilmember Carlson, O'Donnell, Reinert, <br />Stoltz and Mayor Bergeson <br />MEMBERS ABSENT : None <br />Staff members present: City Administrator, Gordon Heitke; City Attorney, Barry Sullivan; Director <br />of Administration, Dan Tesch; Community Development Director, Michael Grochala; City Engineer, <br />Jim Studenski; and City Clerk, Julianne Bartell <br />OPEN MIKE <br />No one was present for open mike. <br />SETTING THE AGENDA <br />The agenda was approved as presented. <br />• PRESENTATION OF COMMUNITY SURVEY REPORT <br />Dr. William Morris, Decision Resources, presented the Community Survey Report noting it is an <br />excellent tool for the City to utilize in making community decisions. Dr. Morris also provided the <br />background on Decision Resources as a company as well as the benefits of the community survey. <br />Councilmember Reinert moved to accept the Community Survey Report, as presented. <br />Councilmember O'Donnell seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Councilmember Reinert moved to approve the Consent Agenda, as presented. Councilmember Stoltz <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />ITEM ACTION <br />Consideration of Expenditures: <br />April 10, 2006 (Check No. 76294 — <br />76388, $364,511.32) Approved <br />• Centennial fire District (Check No. 15116 — <br />15131, $12,850.25) Approved <br />1 <br />
