ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT REPORT, DAN TESCH • Consideration of Resolution No. 06-115, Approving a Revised Proposal and Authorizing Execution of a Contract with Neu & Company for the Community Visioning Project, Gordon Heitke — City Administrator Heitke stated at a work session on June 5, 2006 the Council reviewed a proposal to undertake the visioning process and directed staff to move forward and to negotiate a contract with Neu & Company based on the community approach of that proposal. The Council added a requirement that the cost of the project be capped at $30,000. City Administrator Heitke advised Neu & Company has submitted a Revised Proposal for a Community Visioning Project. The revised proposal includes a cap of $30,000 on payments to Neu & Company. Council Member Reinert moved to adopt Resolution No. 06-115, as presented. Council Member Stoltz seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. Blue Heron Days Update — Ms. Lynn Bergman, Blue Heron Days Committee Member, came forward and stated Chad Wagner from Miller's on Main will be present in a few weeks to provide the Council with an overall update on the festival.
