The Council <br />added a requirement that the cost of the project be capped at $30,000. <br />City Administrator Heitke advised Neu & Company has submitted a Revised Proposal for a <br />Community Visioning Project. The revised proposal includes a cap of $30,000 on payments to Neu <br />& Company. <br />Council Member Reinert moved to adopt Resolution No. 06-115, as presented. Council Member <br />Stoltz seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Blue Heron Days Update — Ms. Lynn Bergman, Blue Heron Days Committee Member, came <br />forward and stated Chad Wagner from Miller's on Main will be present in a few weeks to provide the <br />Council with an overall update on the festival. <br />
