COUNCIL MINUTES January 8, 2007 <br />APPROVED <br />1 CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />2 MINUTES <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 DATE : January 8, 2007 <br />6 TIME STARTED : 6:30 p.m. <br />7 TIME ENDED : 8:40 p.m. <br />8 MEMBERS PRESENT : Councilmember Carlson, O'Donnell, Reinert, <br />9 Stoltz and Mayor Bergeson <br />10 MEMBERS ABSENT : None <br />11 <br />12 Staff members present: City Administrator, Gordon Heitke; City Attorney, William Hawkins; <br />13 Community Development Director, Michael Grochala; Chief of Police, Dave Pecchia; City Engineer, <br />14 Jim Studenski; City Planners, Jeff Smyser and Paul Bengston; and City Clerk, Julie Bartell <br />15 <br />16 OPEN MIKE <br />17 <br />18 No one was present for open mike. <br />19 <br />20 SETTING THE AGENDA <br />21 <br />22 The agenda was approved as presented. <br />• 23 <br />24 SPECIAL PRESENTATION <br />25 <br />26 Lino Lakes Ambassadors — 2006/2007 Ambassadors Crystal Biljan, Amanda Lewis, and Molly <br />27 MacNiel reviewed their past and upcoming ambassador activities. They presented Mayor Bergeson <br />28 with a plaque representing third place honors received for the City of Lino Lakes float in the 2006 <br />29 Anoka Light Up the Night Parade. The Mayor offered thanks on behalf of the Council. <br />30 <br />31 CONSENT AGENDA <br />32 <br />33 Council Member Reinert moved to approve the Consent Agenda, as amended. Council Member <br />34 Stoltz seconded the motion.
