COUNCIL MINUTES February 26, 2007 APPROVED 036 Council Member O'Donnell moved to approve Resolution No. 07-35 as presented. Council Member 137 Carlson seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. 138 139 Consideration of Resolution No. 07-36, Approving a Partnership Agreement with the MnDOT 140 regarding I35W/Lake Drive Intersection Construction Engineering — Community Development 141 Director Grochala explained that the 135W/Lake Drive Interchange project is moving forward in 2007 142 and the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) has agreed to perform construction 143 engineering services for the majority of the project. Staff is recommending that the city enter into an 144 agreement with MnDOT relative to this partnership agreement and payment for services. 145 146 Council Member Carlson moved to approve Resolution No. 07-36 as presented. Council Member 147 O'Donnell seconded the motion.
