A purchase agreement with Holiday Stationstores for acquisition of two <br />• 66 parcels is before the council for consideration. The purchase price is within the appraised value and <br />67 the specific terms, including a deadline on access to Lake Drive, are established in the agreement. He <br />68 recommends approval of the agreement contingent upon approval of the site plans that will be <br />69 considered later on the agenda. <br />70 <br />71 Council Member Reinert moved to approve Resolution No. 07-46, as presented. Council Member <br />72 O'Donnell seconded the motion.
