She thanked the City for <br />19 responding to the Spirit Hills tenants regarding their parking issues. A letter was presented to the <br />20 council explaining the tenants' remaining concerns. The tenant group is continuing to request the <br />21 assistance of the council in the matter. <br />22 <br />•23 Mayor Bergeson indicated that the letter would be reviewed by council and staff. <br />24 <br />25 Jim Szyplinski, Mansetti's Pizza & Pasta, Spirit Hills Center, presented a letter to the council. He <br />26 disagrees with some of the findings offered by the City and urges that there be further study and <br />27 review of the issues. <br />28 <br />29 Owner of Cuppajo's Espresso Cafe, Spirit Hills Center, added that the current parking provisions are <br />30 obviously not adequate for the center. The parking problem is hurting some businesses because <br />31 people see the cars, think the businesses are jammed and they don't stop. The property owner should <br />32 come to the discussion table on the issue. <br />33 <br />34 SETTING THE AGENDA <br />35 <br />36 The agenda was approved as presented. <br />37 <br />38 CONSENT AGENDA <br />39 <br />40 Council Member Stoltz moved to approve the Consent Agenda, Items 1A through 1C.
