The restructuring proposal also includes the <br />89 addition of two CSO positions and upgrade of a clerical position. The budget impact will be a <br />90 savings to the department approved budget. The salary for the proposed Community Relations <br />91 Coordinator is presented for review; the other affected positions are covered by union contract <br />•92 and as such will be negotiated with AFSCME. <br />2 <br />
